There was a time in my life when I truly believed I could do it all. If I set my mind to it, created a plan, and stayed focused—everything would fall into place. I approached life like a master project manager. There was always a timeline, a checklist, a goal to complete. Whether it was church ministry, home responsibilities, or work assignments, I had it all mapped out. I even had backup plans—because every seasoned “project manager” knows you need contingencies!

Rest is not just physical—it is spiritual. It is trusting in God's sovereignty instead of relying on my own strength. In my season of recovery, I began to see rest as more than just a pause from activity; it became an act of faith. When I truly surrendered my plans, my goals, and anxieties to Christ, I found peace that I had never known before.

As Christian women in leadership, we're no strangers to dashboards. From the vital signs in our cars to the analytical tools we use professionally, dashboards provide crucial information, helping us navigate and make informed decisions. But what about a spiritual dashboard? What essential indicators should we, as leaders, be monitoring to ensure we're not just surviving but thriving in our faith journey?
